Sailer Environmental, Inc. has extensive experience in assisting its clients to obtain a broad array of federal, state and local environmental permits, and to remain up to date on the reporting requirements associated with those permits. Our experience ranges from preparing RCRA Part B Applications for the construction and operation of major hazardous waste (TSD) facilities to Clean Water Act industrial wastewater discharge permits.

Clients often call upon SEI to obtain permits quickly in order to maintain construction schedules or meet other critical deadlines. Time and time again our staff’s experience in government, coupled with years of experience in the private sector, has helped SEI and its clients obtain permits in a timely fashion, with conditions that are both acceptable to the regulators and manageable for our client.
