Hazardous Waste

Sailer Environmental, Inc. has the hands-on experience and in-house capabilities to help its clients comply with the hazardous waste regulations, from permitting new facilities to conducting remediation at contaminated sites or consulting on improvements of hazardous waste management at existing sites. We have prepared RCRA Part B Applications for commercial hazardous treatment storage and disposal (TSD) facilities, industrial wastewater treatment facilities, solvent blending facilities, chemical stabilization processes, thermal desorption units, alkaline chlorination systems and container management facilities. In addition, SEI’s staff has prepared and implemented RCRA Closure Plans for hazardous waste surface impoundments, landfills, tanks and container storage areas.

With years of hands-on experience in the day-to-day operation of commercial hazardous waste facilities, SEI’s staff is also very familiar with the development and implementation of RCRA compliance plans such as Preparedness and Contingency Plans, Inspection Plans, and Waste Analysis Plans. Utilizing our detailed understanding of RCRA and state hazardous waste regulations, SEI routinely assists clients throughout the Northeast and Midwest in achieving and maintaining compliance at their facilities, auditing off-site disposal facilities, and providing expert testimony in enforcement actions.
